So I was able to figure out the problem and fix it. turns out all the drivers MSI has out currently will not work with the older version of windows10 I had on USB. I had to install a second NIC card and install drivers to make it work then update windows and wait for windows to get up to a newer version before any of the drivers I had would work.
To operate the bluetooth it needs a USB port. But in this version of the motherboard to the M2 connector where the wireless module is, no USB port arrives. The solution is relatively simple. Two "USB Data + and USB Data-" wires must be carried from another unused USB port on the motherboard.
