Since the 22/12 I've lost 10.5kg, starting at 151.5kg - I cycle 3 times a week, 2 months ago I was doing 25 mins per day, increasing by 5 mins per week up to 45 mins (without any strength) but, as people here have already pointed out, no amount of exercise is going to counter-balance your relationship with food.
I decided to cut out sugar and restrict my calories to under 1850. I've also been to the gym 4 times each week and I've lost 10 pounds. I didn't really tell anyone I was going to do it. I just did it. But I just wanted to tell someone that I feel really proud of myself and I won't stop until I'm 200 pounds. Starting weight: 280 Current weight
That leaves me with a handy negative energy balance of 17,000 β 65,000 = -48,000 kcal in 3 weeks β which resulted in -10kg body weight. I am not sure whatβs the balance here of actual fat
Because average weight loss is approximately 1 kilogram per week, you can expect to safely lose 10 kilograms β which, at a conversion rate of 2.2 pounds per kilogram, equals 22 pounds β in about 10 weeks. Commit to losing weight the healthy way, which makes your weight loss sustainable.
