the battery is glued in to the top case assembly which also holds the keyboard and trackpad. right now, the top case assembly for 2019 macbook pro 16 is going for $100 to $150 on ebay, like this one. some people use a floss to scrape the battery out. with regards to removing the back cover, you will need a suction to pull it from the middle as Confirm your model is "MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)."
